Your utilization of any current or future services provided by Anuraga Matrimony, or any associated business, whether or not directly integrated into the Anuraga Matrimony website, binds you to the guidelines and conditions specific to such services or businesses. All users of the anuragamatrimony.com website ("Site") are required to agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. To access and utilize the Site, you must register as a member ("Member") and consent to abide by these Terms of Use ("Agreement") as well as the Privacy Policy. This Agreement establishes the legally binding terms between you, as a Member, and the site owner, M/s Millenium Services based in Bangalore. The services provided herein, along with all associated matters, shall remain in effect for the duration of your continued use of this Website or, in the case of a member, until such time that the member maintains their subscription to Anuraga Matrimony, whichever occurs later.

If you disagree with any revisions, amendments, or modifications, you should promptly cease using the Website. Eligibility.
In accordance with the Indian Marriage Act, individuals must be at least 18 years of age if female and 21 years if male. By utilizing this Site, you affirm and guarantee that you possess the right, authority, and capability to enter into this Agreement and to comply with all of its terms and conditions.

Regulations of your “USER” Account.

This Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable under the following conditions:

1. As long as you continue to use the Site and/or maintain your membership with Anuraga Matrimony.

2. If you choose to terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by notifying Anuraga Matrimony in writing or by selecting the termination option on the website.

3. If Anuraga Matrimony terminates your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason, with such termination becoming effective upon sending notice to the email address provided in your membership application or your updated email address on our website.

4. If Anuraga Matrimony terminates your membership in the anuragamatrimony.com Service due to a breach of the Agreement by you, the member.

5. In the event of non-activity on the website by the member for a period exceeding 90 days.

6. Complaint by any member in any form creating nuisance to other members by calling, messaging, email, personally visiting, or harassing by any other means.

In the event of termination of your membership by either you or Anuraga Matrimony, regardless of the reason, you will not be eligible for any refund of unused subscription fees. Furthermore, even after the termination of this Agreement, certain provisions will continue to remain in effect, including all sections encompassed within this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your account and password. It is essential to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and to prevent unauthorized access to your computer systems.

If your profile is created by a family member or friend, you are accountable for the content posted by that individual. Anuraga Matrimony is not obliged to verify the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided by you.

You also explicitly agree that the information you provide is accessible to other users of Anuraga Matrimony. Anuraga Matrimony neither possesses control nor bears any responsibility or accountability if your information is misused, exploited, or abused by any third party.

The use of fake photos or images not belonging to the member, as well as any other inaccurate details provided on profiles, is the sole responsibility of the member who created or maintains the profile. Any legal consequences arising from such actions are also the responsibility of the respective member. Anuraga Matrimony disclaims liability for any misuse or misrepresentation of information by its members and encourages honesty and authenticity in profile creation.

You are allowed to have only one user profile. In the event of multiple user profiles belonging to a single member, we reserve the right to block or deactivate any such profile or all profiles.

This site is intended neither to encourage nor promote illicit sexual relations or extramarital affairs. If Anuraga Matrimony discovers or becomes aware that any member is using this site to promote, engage in, or indulge in illicit sexual relations or extramarital affairs, their membership will be terminated immediately without any refund and without any liability to Anuraga Matrimony. Anuraga Matrimonys discretion to terminate shall be final and binding. You are prohibited from sending any messages to other Members that are obscene, lewd, licentious, and defamatory, promote hatred, or are racial or abusive in any manner. Transmission of any such messages shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

The limitations of use/service for Free and Paid members are outlined in the subscription section of the website. Anuraga Matrimony reserves the sole discretion to add or modify the limitations of services for different types of members. For further details, please refer to the Subscription section.

Non-Commercial Use by Members.

The Anuraga Matrimony website and its services are intended solely for the personal use of individual members and may not be utilized for any commercial purposes. Commercial organizations, companies, business establishments, and social groups are not eligible to become members of this site.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate your membership from the Website if we have reason to believe that you are ineligible to use the Website or if you are using the Website for unauthorized purposes. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site, will be addressed in accordance with the law.

You are prohibited from transmitting any chain letters or junk email to other Anuraga Matrimony Members. Additionally, using any information obtained from the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent, is a violation of these rules.

To safeguard Anuraga Matrimony and/or our Member(s) from any abuse or misuse, Anuraga Matrimony reserves the right to have restricted search options, and limit the number of communications, profile contacts, responses, or emails that a Member may send to other Member(s).

You are prohibited from using any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXEs, CGI, or any other programs/scripts, to view content on or communicate/contact/respond/interact with Anuraga Matrimony and/or its members.

Anuraga Matrimony contains various elements such as logos, graphics, page headers, button icons, software, scripts, blogs, videos, copyrighted materials, trademarks, intellectual property rights, and other proprietary information. Except for information in the public domain or for which you have obtained permission, you are not permitted to copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

Content Posted on the Site.

Your profile details, photos, Horoscope, videos, communications and messages collectively hereinafter called as “Content”.

You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display ("post") on Anuraga Matrimony, or transmit to other Anuraga Matrimony Members. Anuraga Matrimony reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site. In exercising this right, Anuraga Matrimony may request you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the site. Failure to produce such evidence may result in Anuraga Matrimony, at its sole discretion, terminating your Membership without a refund.

The decision to publish, modify, or delete any part or all of the content is at the sole discretion of Anuraga Matrimony. This includes content that may be deemed offensive, illegal, or in violation of the rights, safety, irrelevant, or well-being of other Anuraga Matrimony Members.

By posting Content on Anuraga Matrimony, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Anuraga Matrimony and other Anuraga Matrimony Members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content. Additionally, you grant permission to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

Every profile created by the user will be carefully scrutinized by our team to ensure the accuracy of the contents. Minor corrections, such as fixing spelling mistakes, grammatical corrections, and removing unnecessary characters, as well as minor editing of photos, such as cropping, resizing, and adjusting brightness and contrast, will be undertaken by the team in the interest of our members as well as the sanctity of our website and app. All details including passwords are visible to the administration staff and accessible for corrections and deletion for them.

Our team will also strive to correct or complete the profile by contacting the person listed on the provided mobile number. We advise members to verify the contents of their profiles immediately after any changes are made. If any further changes are required, members can log in to the website using their username and password to make corrections, or they can inform us via email or phone, and we will make the necessary adjustments accordingly.

The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. Anuraga Matrimony will investigate and may take appropriate legal action, in its sole discretion, against anyone who violates this provision. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

1. Content that is seriously offensive to the online community, such as promoting racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual;

2. Content that harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

3. Involvement in the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";

4. Promotion of information that you know is false, misleading, or promotes illegal activities, or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libellous;

5. Promotion of an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or
providing links to pirated files;

6. Inclusion of restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);

7. Display of pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;

8. Provision of material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

9. Provision of instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

10. Solicitation of passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and

11. Engagement in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, multi-level marketing, affiliate marketing, advertising, and pyramid schemes.

12. Providing information other than the specified details in particular fields, including contact details, social media details, family details, or any other unnecessary details.

You are required to use the Anuraga Matrimony Service in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

In your Member profile, visible to other members, you are prohibited from including telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, social media addresses, links or handles, and email addresses.

Membership Policy.

Anuraga Matrimony reserves the right to approve, disapprove, activate, deactivate, or discontinue the user as a Free or Paid member on its website at any time. Below is a partial list of user/member policies that every member must agree to and follow:

1. Every member must register on the site, providing individual details as per the fields provided on the website. Initially, everyone will be registered as a free user. Upon confirmation of receipt of payment for paid membership, free members will be upgraded/transferred to "Paid Member" status.

2. Anuraga Matrimony does not guarantee or authenticate the genuineness of the contents provided by the member. Every member submitting their matrimonial profile is required to provide all essential facts for establishing a marital relation. Concealing relevant facts could result in loss or damage to any individual, for which Anuraga Matrimony cannot be held responsible or liable in any way. This includes damages caused due to incorrectness of information provided by members regarding religion, caste, creed, or any other personal information. If a members profile is deemed unfit, Anuraga Matrimony reserves the right to delete, alter, or refuse the profile at any time without notice. 

3. As an exclusive platform dedicated to the Brahmin community, Anuraga Matrimony reserves the right to approve or disapprove profiles from other communities, castes, or creeds. Profiles not adhering to the platforms community- specific focus may be deleted without prior notice. This ensures that the platform maintains its intended purpose and serves the needs of its targeted user base effectively, without any intention of discriminating against any other community, caste, creed, or race.

4. Anuraga Matrimony does not facilitate or hold responsibility for connections with other members. You are solely liable for your connections with other members. 

5. Contact information of member profiles will only be displayed to paid members. Free membership is provided for a limited time. Anuraga Matrimony reserves the right to discontinue free membership at any time.

6. Members will not have any claim against Anuraga Matrimony for any delay in posting their information onto the Anuraga Matrimony website due to any technical reasons.

7. Anuraga Matrimony will not mediate or arbitrate, nor hold any moral or legal responsibility for any disputes between its members. 

8. Anuraga Matrimony does not guarantee that members will receive responses, and therefore cannot be held responsible for no replies. In such cases, we cannot provide refunds or credits. 

9. By becoming a Member of Anuraga Matrimony, you agree to receive certain specific telephone/mobile calls, emails, and SMS from Anuraga Matrimony on the telephone/mobile number and email ID provided by you on your profile. These
communications are intended to explain, explicate, and clarify the various services and to assist you in availing the said services of Anuraga Matrimony.

10. By submitting your mobile number, you represent that you or the mobile number provided by you is not registered with the Do Not Disturb (DND) or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR), or if it is, you have already changed your
registration suitably. Additionally, you hereby unconditionally agree and undertake that this invitation and solicitation shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration done with the DND Register/NCPR. Without prejudice to the above, by expressly inviting and soliciting the services from Anuraga Matrimony, you also unconditionally agree that your rights under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2010 or any subsequent
amendments thereto or under NCPR are kept in abeyance or remain extinguished until you expressly communicate for discontinuation of relationship.

11. You are obligated to report any misuse or abuse of the Site. If you observe any abuse or misuse of the Site or anything that violates this Agreement, you must promptly report such violations to Anuraga Matrimony by contacting Customer Care. Upon receiving such complaints, Anuraga Matrimony may investigate the matter, and if necessary, may terminate the membership of the Member responsible for the violation, abuse, or misuse without any refund of subscription fees. Any false complaint made by a Member may result in the termination of their membership without any refund of the subscription fee. 

12. Upon the expiration of your membership with us, you will no longer have access to your personalized messages and mobile numbers viewed by you. We advise you to save all your contacts that you have already contacted. Additionally, we recommend upgrading your membership with us to continue enjoying access to these features. 

13. There is a limit to the number of profiles you are allowed to contact each day during the period of membership. For further details, please refer to the Membership Page of the website.

14. Messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be solely for the purpose of finding a marriage alliance legally. Misusing the services of Anuraga Matrimony for purposes such as "Dating," "Flirting," or "Friendship" is strictly prohibited. 

15. Upon termination, cancellation, or change in the type of membership by you or Anuraga Matrimony, the contents of your profile will remain in our database, and such details may not be available to the public in any form.

Copyright Policy.

You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Anuraga Matrimony service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

3. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our Site.

4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.

Disclaimers.

Anuraga Matrimony is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Site or in connection with the Anuraga Matrimony service, whether caused by Users, Members, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service. Additionally, Anuraga Matrimony is not responsible for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the Anuraga Matrimony service, whether online or offline. Anuraga Matrimony assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft, or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User and/or Member communications.

Anuraga Matrimony is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or combination thereof. This includes injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other persons computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Anuraga Matrimony Site and/or in connection with the Anuraga Matrimony service. 

Under no circumstances will Anuraga Matrimony be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyones use of the Site or the Service and/or any Content posted on the Anuraga Matrimony Site or transmitted to Anuraga Matrimony Members. The Site and the Service are provided "AS-IS," and Anuraga Matrimony expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Anuraga Matrimony cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from the use of the Site and/or the Anuraga Matrimony Service.

Limitation on Liability.

Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Anuraga Matrimony be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site or the Anuraga Matrimony Service, even if Anuraga Matrimony has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Disputes.

You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and central courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, INDIA.

Privacy.
Use of the Anuraga Matrimony Site and/or the Anuraga Matrimony Service is governed by the Anuraga Matrimony Privacy Policy.

Indemnity.

You agree to indemnify and hold Anuraga Matrimony, its subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisee, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

Other.

This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of Anuraga Matrimony, contains the entire agreement between you and Anuraga Matrimony regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
